Panteck Dominates as Lions Edge Harvey 1-0 in Pitcher’s Duel

PEPPER PIKE, OH- Behind a dominant performance on the mound from Caleb Panteck, the Orange Lions secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over the Harvey Red Raiders in a classic pitcher’s duel.

Panteck was nearly untouchable throughout the game, tossing a complete game while allowing just two hits. The Lions’ ace struck out 14 Harvey batters, consistently keeping the Red Raiders off balance and shutting down any scoring opportunities.

The game’s only run came from Panteck himself, as he crossed the plate to give Orange the narrow lead that ultimately held up for the win.

The Lions will try to sweep the Red Raiders when they travel to Painesville today.
