Orange Gymnastics Shines with Fourth-Place Finish at Brecksville-Broadview Heights Meet

BRECKSVILLE-BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, OH- The Orange High School gymnastics team delivered a strong performance Thursday night, earning a fourth-place finish at the competitive Brecksville-Broadview Heights Meet. The team showcased determination, consistency, and standout routines across all four events.
Aya Sayah led Orange with an impressive night, highlighted by an 8.75 on floor exercise, a score that earned her third place overall in the event. She also posted solid marks on the other apparatus: 8.3 on vault, 6.6 on bars, and 7.75 on beam, demonstrating her versatility and reliability.
Dylan Oakley contributed a balanced performance, scoring 7.45 on vault, 6.0 on bars, 7.1 on beam, and 7.0 on floor exercise, helping secure valuable points for the team.
Natalie Abruzzo added depth to the lineup with her 7.65 on vault, 5.5 on bars, 5.8 on beam, and 7.6 on floor exercise, showing poise and improvement throughout the meet.
Rounding out the Orange squad, Miriam Claypool delivered noteworthy efforts as well, earning 7.85 on vault, 6.2 on bars, 6.1 on beam, and 6.1 on floor exercise.
With strong individual contributions and continued growth, the Orange gymnastics team left the meet proud and motivated, ready to build on their fourth-place finish as the season progresses.
