Lions Roar Past Independence After Weather Delay

INDEPENDENCE, OH- The Orange High School girls soccer team hit the road and returned home victorious after a strong 2-0 win over Independence.
Despite a 30-minute weather delay that threatened to stall momentum, the Lions came out focused and determined. Once play resumed, Orange quickly took control of the match.
Natalie Abruzzo opened the scoring for the Lions, giving her team an early boost. Later, Morgyn Zucker added a second goal to secure the win and keep Orange in the driver’s seat for the remainder of the match.
The Lions’ defense held firm to preserve the shutout, earning a solid road victory in challenging conditions.
