PEPPER PIKE. OH- The Orange boys golf team earned a solid victory on Tuesday, defeating Kirtland 165-176 in a dual match at The Country Club.
The Lions were paced by standout junior Jordan Clotman, who fired a match-best 37 to lead all scorers. Charlie Thomas followed with a steady 42, while Russell Melvey and Jayden Park each turned in 43s to round out the Lions' scoring four. Sammy Heiser added a 44, and Ethan Feldman finished with a 51.
Orange’s consistent play across the board helped them pull away from the Hornets on a challenging course layout. The win marks another strong showing for the Lions as they continue to build momentum this season.
