Brady Tennis Opens with a Win at Solon

SOLON, OH- Brady Boys Tennis opened the season with a hard-fought 4-1 victory at Solon on Wednesday. Lion victories came from second singles Alex Mayuga, third singles Mark Khramoy (who battled back from a 5-1 deficit to win 8-6), the first doubles team of Adrian Taracila/Anthony Semaan and the second doubles team of Sohan Wyckoff/Ghazi Bakaeen. Congratulations to Mark, Anthony, Sohan and Ghazi for the first wins of their Brady tennis careers! Other highlights from the match were a scintillating first singles battle waged by Alex Miller against Solon's top player, and an exhibition doubles victory by the team of Ismaeel Chowdhary/Levend Akbenlioglu. The Lions' next match is Monday against rival Hawken.
